So many people spend inordinate amounts of time and money on their brand’s visual design, believing if they only have the perfect logo with just the right shade of blue, they’ll attract the perfect client. It’s kind of like dressing up to go to a club, thinking you’ll find your lifelong mate by mere looks.

What do you think would happen if these organizations took half the time and money they spent on looks and invested it in real, actual, and long-term relationships with their current customers?

In the end, it’s the marriage where you invest your time and energy, not the pick-up line.
