Bill Holland is principal experience design strategist for The Art of Delight. The Art of Delight helps small businesses design with purpose—delightful experiences for their customers. This enables these businesses to not only differentiate themselves in an increasingly heterogeneous marketplace, but concentrate on creating and shipping their art–in whatever form that takes.
Bill has collaborated and led teams using user-experience design, product management, technical training, help-desk management, and nuclear engineering; working for organizations such as the NFL, MicroStrategy, Sprint|Nextel, Social Security Administration, Capital One, Wells Fargo, the CIA, and U.S. Navy. Along with his wife Anne, both owner photographers at Holland Photo Arts, he has created delight for 350+ clients since 2002. He and Anne nurtured their client and professional relationships from day one, receiving accolades from the likes of Martha Stewart, Grace Ormonde Wedding Style, and The Knot magazines, plus Junebug Weddings and Style Me Pretty. Their work has appeared regularly in a wide variety of media outlets, in both print and online. Their successes placed them within the top 10% of photography studios by revenue.
